To succeed in a competitive marketplace, machinery is pushed to its maximum productivity level. This trend in output production makes protecting your machinery absolutely vital. An Automated Lubrication System will quickly return your investment - increasing productivity and increasing profits.
Equipment failures due to inadequate lubrication of bearings and other moving parts result in costly repairs. Even more importantly, they shut down production. That's why profit-minded companies are quick to realise that an Automatic Lubrication System designed by JSG, automatically lubricates all friction points on a machine - at regular intervals - while it's running - is a wise investment.
Designed mainly for small- to medium-sized machines, the SKF ProFlex systems are progressive lubrication systems designed for oil, semi-fluid grease and hard grease NLGI grades 000 to 2.
Used predominately on commercial vehicles the MonoFlex single line system pump supplies semi fluid grease NLGI grades 00 to 0 to the bearings through relubrication distributors with adjustable outputs.
Ishan lubrication systems, either Positive Displacement or Single Line Resistance, are are used on small to medium industrial machinery. The Oil pumps used in Ishan systems can be either manual or electric.
Trico have a large range of Single Point Lubricators, Gravity Feed Lubricators, Constant Level Lubrication Systems and Closed System Oilers all of which are designed to assist in maintaining low machine maintenance costs.
Insufficient or incorrect lubrication of this chains will cause premature wear and chain failure. The consequence is expensive production downtime.
For easy lubricant identification, management and inventory control implement the Spectrum Visual Lubrication Management System the moment lubricants are received in inventory.
The ability to produce relatively high pressures; stable across a wide temperature range and robust design make it a superior choice over cup lubricators.
An important consideration in the mining market is effective equipment lubrication. Correct lubrication not only reduces wear, but also acts to purge the pins and bushings of contamination.
Today's farmers face many challenges, including the protection of their machinery in the harsh environment in which it operates. Lubrication management is a must to ensure safety and productivity.
Moisture, temperature changes, product spillage and washdown practices all contribute to reduced bearing life which, in turn, can lead to reduced levels of productivity.
Consistency and reliability in ink supply are vital ingredients in any printing operation. The automation of lubrication management ensures presses operate in optimum condition.
Fleet operations and transportation companies are constantly under pressure to save money, increase productivity and make every investment in commercial vehicles last longer.
Lubrication Management provides considerable benefits to a number of industries. These include Stevedoring, Wind Farming, Railways, plus many more...

This video explains the sequence of events for a Pressureless shutoff system for grease filling. this can be used in a number of applications including mining. We used the new PMV as a fill pump to the main pump station; this set up can easily be used with bucket supplied grease. The yellow grease pump station is something that would be mounted onto the machine. For this we used the 27kg tank with constant level visual indicators. Results in a safe and fast filled grease tank.
